Grandma and Grandpa,
Beautiful, exciting, and breathtaking. These are some words that can describe Alaska: The Last Frontier. I love being able to go out into the wilderness and enjoy the peace and quiet. There are many different recreation sites and plenty of things to do. You can go fishing, hiking, and rock climbing all in the same day. One sport I really am hooked on is fishing. The fish are amazing with their massive size and color. Last week, I caught a 40 pound lake trout. It took almost thirty minutes to reel the fish into the boat. I'm convinced that there is no other state that has as much to offer as Alaska. I really think you guys are missing out! Maybe you can make it up here someday. I’ll be waiting for you.
