My favorite things in Alaska are snowboarding and bike riding because that’s what I do for fun in the winter and summer. I like my teacher because he is funny and cool sometimes, and my friends are creative at things. I sometimes like to hang around with my friends at recess. In the summer I used to like fishing, because last time I caught a salmon in five casts. I don’t like to go fishing any more because it smells. That’s why I like Alaska.      Joshua Taylor
