Alaska writers of all ages are invited to submit a postcard of their own design, writing about their favorite place in Alaska. Tell us, in 100 words or less, what makes your home, your community, your classroom, your favorite fishing spot, or even your bookshelf a great Alaskan place. Postcards must include a picture of the favorite Alaskan place of the author's design, whether it be an original photograph, collage, or drawing. Note: because of copyright restrictions, we cannot accept entries using pictures from magazines or other protected materials. Winning postcards will be published on LitSite Alaska twice a year, and their creators will be awarded prizes.

Submissions should include: your age group (preschool, elementary, middle school, high school, or general public), and a mailing address where we can send your prize should your entry be selected as a winner.
