Writing About Place

Gretchen Legler  By Gretchen Legler

As part of my work in Antarctica I developed
"Writing About Place" for use by teachers
of writing, or anyone interested in using
different approaches to writing about the land.
The exercises below offer discrete opportunities
for looking at the land in different ways
and for describing experiences with it.
