The Ghost Walrus

By Tyler Goodwin

Tyler Goodwin's maskOne winter day in December, a boy and his father walked in the hills. At that time the Island had no love because God forgot to give love to the Island. So the son and his father had no love for each other. They kept on pushing each other down. One day they were walking in the hills and a blizzard occurred. The boy and his father got covered with snow.

After a couple hours they said, "We have to get out of here."

Then they saw a light, a light greater than the sun itself. Then after the light a dark gray mist came out of the side of the cave they had built and after a few seconds a ball of fire came out of the mist. A deep voice said, "Working together makes love."

The ball of fire vanished. So the dad stuck his hand through the cave and picked up a stick from the outside. He brought it in. Then the dad and his son started digging. They dug, and dug, and finally the made a hole and got out.

When they got out, they saw three boxes and in front of them there was a rock, and on the rock there was writing and the writing said, "Open the wrong box and you will perish!"

They chose the smallest box. They both opened it and a light came out. It went into them and that was love. Then they went back to the village and shared the love.
